Our products are designed for personal and household use and cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our possession. To protect the health and well-being of our customers, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to making things right. We will gladly work with you to remedy the situation as best we can—whether that means offering a replacement or another solution on a case-by-case basis.
